1. Launch the Netscape Navigator / Communicator 4.5
2. From the main windows , click on "Edit" > "Preferences..." option
3. You should see a dialog window appears as shown below
4. From the left side ( Category ) , click on "Identity" option at the "Mail & Groups"
5. Configure the settings as follows:
- Your Name : Your Name
- Email address : <userid>@<your domain name>
- Reply-to address: ( only needed if different from email address )
6. From the left side ( Category ) , click on "Mail Servers" option
7. Configure the settings as follows :
- Outgoing Mail (SMTP) server: asmtp.<your domain name>
(e.g. asmtp.wmasia.net)
- Outgoing mail server user name: Email Address
8. From the "Incoming Mail Servers" option , select the connection and click on "Edit" button
9. Configure the setting as follows:
- Server Name: pop.<your domain name>
(e.g. for domain wmasia.net, the name is pop.wmasia.net)
- Server Type: POP3 Server
- User Name: Email Address
10. Click on 'Ok' to save your settings.
